The Queen’s Quay British Pub and Restaurant Pull Up a Chair: Victoria Harbour www.queensquay.ca Taking In the View: Victoria Harbour is famed for its beautiful sunsets and there is no better place to take in the view and the harbour and sunset than the outdoor seating at the Queen’s Quay British Pub, which is right on the water. Located adjacent to the Queen’s Cove Marina, this is a great place to observe the boat traffic. Feel the Vibe: Courtney and Gary, the ownership team of the Queen’s Quay, have thoughtfully expanded their outdoor seating by adding a beautiful waterside garden setting to their deck seating. The staff are incredibly attentive and warm and the kitchen provides delicious food to be enjoyed while relaxing outdoors. In addition to generous portions of fish & chips and pub fare, they also have well thought out daily features, salads, etc. as well as a broad range of draft and craft beer, whiskey and wine. The Tiny Blue This is a cocktail we like to drink on our own patios. 3 basil leaves 2 teaspoons sugar 1 1/2 ounces Georgian Bay blueberries 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice Sparkling water 1 1/2 ounces proof vodka Five fresh blueberries threaded onto skewer and basil leaves for garnish Muddle basil leaves and cane sugar in a glass and add blueberries. Muddle again. Fill the glass two-thirds full with crushed ice. Add lime juice and proof vodka and stir well. Top with sparkling water. Garnish glass with blueberry skewer and basil.
